About this session
In the traditions Dr. Shukla works with, every person has an aura: an energetic field that carries the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of who they are, described in terms of colour, pattern and vibration.
An aura reading looks at that field for insight into emotions, thoughts, strengths and difficulties. Where it shows blockages or imbalance, including in the chakras (the body's energy centres), the session turns to energy clearing and to practices that help you keep your balance.

What the session involves
Reading the aura
Dr. Shukla describes the colours, brightness and patterns he perceives in your aura and what they suggest about your emotional and mental state.
Blockages and balance
He looks for blockages and imbalance in the energy field and the chakras, and explains them in plain terms.
Clearing and restoring
The session works on releasing stagnant energy and restoring the natural flow of the energy field.
Taking it home
You leave with simple practices to support your balance in daily life.
